Registration for 1st, 2nd and 3rd grade football OPENS March 19, 2025!

*Not Included in registration: Game Uniform, football helmet/equipment.
Returning players: must be registered and paid, no later than May 14, 2025, to guarantee your players roster spot and their uniform numbers. Player spots and jersey numbers are only guaranteed if you are returning to the same coaches’ roster as last season. Returning players, that register and pay later than May 14, 2025, you may be assigned a new jersey number.
**Coaches CANNOT "hold spots" for returning players after May 14, 2025.
New players: requested jersey numbers for uniforms, will be considered and will be given if available. New players will be added to rosters after May 15, 2025.
Coach/Team/Friend request: We will attempt to place your child based upon your request. However, some teams may be full of returning players.
Uniforms: For the 2025 Season, Uniforms are NOT provided. Game jersey and Game pant are both REQUIRED for all AYL games. Returning players or new to spartan players, that are in need of a uniform will need to purchase one through our online store.
All Uniforms must be purchased by June 29, 2025, to guarantee players requested jersey number.
DO NOT purchase a uniform until you have confirmed the players number with your coach!
Orders placed after June 29, 2025, will be filled, but number options will be limited to what was pre ordered, to accommodate late orders. Numbers will be honored on late orders, if possible.
Mandatory Player weigh in: All AYL players MUST attend player weigh ins. This will be held on Saturday, August 9, 2025. If your player is not available on this date, you will need to attend late weigh in and AYL will have a weigh in fee of $40.00 CASH. Late weigh in dates is August 13, 2025, and August 20, 2025. ALL players MUST weigh in to participate in AYL games, NO exceptions. *We reserve the right to change this date, due to unforeseen circumstances.

Helmets: Starting for 2025 season, Spartans Football teams will be using WHITE helmets with black facemask. If you are new to Spartans OR your player is in need of a new helmet, purchase a white gloss with black facemask. **Returning players with a purple helmet, can still use this for the 2025 season. ***2026 Season WHITE HELMETS WILL BE REQUIRED!
Xenith Team store: Discounted helmet and shoulder pads can be purchased through our Xenith team store. Fittings and Xenith Team Store (spartanyouthclub.com)
Birth Certificate: REGISTRATIONS, ARE NOT COMPLETE AND PLAYERS ARE NOT PLACED ON A TEAM, UNTIL A COPY OF AN OFFICIAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE IS RECEIVED! Please follow the instructions during the registration process to upload a .pdf file of your player's birth certificate or email it to April at sportsadmin@spartanyouthclub.com.
**Returning players that participated in the 2024 football season, with Spartans, do NOT need to resubmit a birth certificate.
Refund Policy: Spartan Youth Club is a non-profit organization; therefore, any refund request made prior to Monday July 29, 2025, will be refunded, minus a $25.00 administrative fee. Once teams have begun regular season practice, on July 29, 2025, we have a no-refund policy.
