Acknowledgment and Agreement

By completing registration and submitting payment, the registrant (parent or legal guardian) acknowledges and agrees to the following payment terms and refund policy as established by Spartan Youth Club (“Spartans”). These terms are accepted electronically and constitute a binding financial agreement between the registrant and Spartan Youth Club.

1. General Policy

 

Spartan Youth Club programs operate on pre-budgeted costs that are incurred prior to the start of each season. These expenses include, but are not limited to, facility rentals, uniforms, league and insurance fees, equipment, and administrative costs. Because a significant portion of these costs are paid in advance, refunds for player withdrawals are limited according to the schedule below.

 

Refunds are issued only in accordance with this stated policy, regardless of the reason for withdrawal (including injury, scheduling conflicts, or other personal circumstances).

2. Refund Schedule

 

Withdrawal Date Refund Amount

 

Before player is rostered 100% of registration fees minus a $25.00 administrative fee

After player has been rostered / placed on a team 50% of registration fees minus a $25.00 administrative fee

After season has begun (first scheduled practice or game) No refund will be issued

 

 

> Note: All late fees, processing fees, and uniform or equipment fees are non-refundable.

3. Refund Request Procedure

 

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to sportsadmin@spartanyouthclub.com.

Requests must include the following information:

 

Player’s full name

 

Date of birth

 

Current grade

 

Team name and/or coach (if known)

 

 

Refunds are processed within 30 days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment when possible.

4. Payment Responsibility & Dispute Notice

 

By agreeing to this policy, you acknowledge that all registration payments are final in accordance with the refund schedule above.

Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your financial institution after agreeing to these terms may result in the suspension of the participant’s eligibility for current and future Spartan programs until the matter is resolved.

 

Spartan Youth Club reserves the right to provide documented proof of this agreement, payment records, and participation details to any financial institution in response to a disputed charge.

 

5. Electronic Acceptance

 

By selecting “I agree,” you affirm that:

 

You have read and understand the above policy in full.

 

You agree to comply with all payment and refund conditions.

 

You authorize Spartan Youth Club to process the payment in accordance with these terms.
