2025/2026 Basketball Registration is CLOSED!

Basketball Season Information 

Welcome to the 2025-2026 Boys Basketball Season

Registration Fees:

Early Bird Registration: Open date – August 31, 2025 @ Midnight - $470* *Discount will automatically be deducted at checkout! 

Regular Registration: September 1 – September 30, 2025 @ Midnight - $495

Late Registration: ANY registration after September 30, 2025 @ Midnight - $520

* Registration Fee MUST BE PAID by August 31st to receive Early Bird discount.

This year’s basketball registration will include:

• Practice Fees will include, but not limited to: gym permits, coaching and practice equipment, janitorial services, etc.
• Game Fees will including, but not limited to: gym permits, officials, gym monitoring, security and janitorial services, setup and take-down, etc.
• AYL League Player Fees
• Club Fees will including, but are not limited to: insurance costs, coaches background checks, etc.
• Team Picture / Memory Mate Photo Collage

***Uniforms ARE NOT Included in Registration!

Returning players: Must be registered AND paid NO LATER THAN September 14, 2025, to guarantee your players roster spot and uniform number.  Player spots and jersey numbers are only guaranteed if you are returning to the same coaches’ roster as the previous season.  Returning players that register and pay later than September 14, 2025, may be assigned a new jersey number if that number is no longer available. If this occurs, you will need to pay for a new game jersey!

New players: We will make every effort to accommodate requested numbers for uniforms, but cannot guarantee them as they may have been requested by another player.  New players will be added to rosters after September 14, 2025. 

Coach / Team / Friend Requests:  We will make every effort to accommodate these requests.  However, some teams may be full of returning players and we may not be able place players with the requested coach and/or friend.

Uniforms:  Uniforms are available to purchase through the Spartan store (Click Here).  Once jerseys are ordered, they cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason.  Jerseys MUST be ordered by September 25, 2025.  Orders placed after September 25 will be assigned a number based off availability in size requested.

Payment:  If you are unable to make a payment at the time of registration, any unpaid registration fees will automatically default to the next payment structure if payment is not received in full during that registration period.  For example, if you register during Early Bird and do not pay in full by the end of that registration period, you will then incur the fee for the next registration period, which would be Regular Registration .  NO discounts will be given after the date has passed for that registration period.  It is your responsibility to contact April with any payment issues or concerns at sportsadmin@spartanyouthclub.com as soon as possible. 

Late Registrations:  Registrations received after September 30, 2025, will be placed on teams based on availability only.*

* We reserve the right to close age groups earlier if teams are to capacity and another team cannot be formed.
