REFUND POLICY

Refund requests must be made prior to the season start date.  Each season is officially started, on the Monday, of the week your first team practice is scheduled. All requested registration fee refunds, made prior to the season start date, will be issued a refund minus a $25.00 administration fee.

All requests must be submitted in writing attention to:  sportsadmin@spartanyouthclub.com. In the request, please include the player's name, coach's name, reason for refund, and date of payment.

Once the season has started, no refunds will be issued except in the case of non-placement on the part of the Spartans Youth Club.  If Spartan Youth Club is not able to place your player on a team, the full registration amount will be refunded.
