Team Update:
All teams for the 2023 season are full and registration is closed!
1st through 8th Grade Registration
PLEASE REGISTER YOUR PLAYER BASED ON THEIR GRADE FOR THE 2022-2023 SCHOOL YEAR - Players are placed on teams based off grade and age.
The Spartans and the AYL are excited to continue offering our coed volleyball! The AYL Volleyball League is focused on players in grades 1st through 8th grades. Our season provides 8 games during 7 regular season weeks plus end of season tournament games. Experienced and beginner players are welcome. Our volleyball program is designed for all levels of play and teams are limited to 12 players.
Registration fees:
Early Bird Registration – $300 - November 1, 2022, through December 1, 2022, at midnight *must be paid by 12/1/2022 to received discount.
Standard Registration – $325 - December 2, 2022, through January 10, 2023, at midnight
Late Registration - $350 – Any registration received after January 10, 2023
Included in registration:
- Game jersey ($40.00 new design for the 2023 season)
- League player fees
- Team Picture/Memory Mate Photo Collage
- Team equipment
- Practice gym time
*Not Included in registration: Uniform bottoms /socks / knee pads / equipment

Returning players: must be registered and paid, no later than December 1, 2022, to guarantee your players roster spot.
New players: new players will be added to rosters after December 2, 2022.
Coach/Team/Friend request: We will attempt to place your child based upon your request. However, some teams may be full of returning players.
Uniforms: A game jersey is included for our 2023 volleyball players. We will try to honor number requests, when available.
Multi Family Discount: We will continue to offer multi-family discounts for those parents ($15 per each additional registered player) who have multiple kids playing volleyball.
Payment: If you cannot make payment at time of registration, any unpaid registrations will automatically default to the next payment structure, if payment is not received during that registration time. For example, if you register during Early Bird and do not make payment, you will then incur the regular registration rate. No discounts will be given after the date has passed for that registration period. It is your responsibility to contact April at sportsadmin@spartanyouthclub.com with any payment issues or concerns.
Late Registrations: Registrations received after January 10, 2023, will be placed on an as needed basis only. *We reserve the right to close age groups earlier if teams are to capacity and another team cannot be formed. Please register early as our teams fill up each year.
Birth Certificate: REGISTRATIONS COMPLETED ONLINE, ARE NOT COMPLETE AND PLAYERS ARE NOT PLACED ON A TEAM, UNTIL A COPY OF AN OFFICIAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE IS RECEIVED! Refund Policy: Spartan Youth Club is a non-profit organization; therefore, any refund request made prior to February 13, 2023, will be refunded, minus a $25.00 administrative fee. Once teams have begun regular season practice, on February 13, 2023, we have a no-refund policy.
